Just wondering if I could get some quick opinions here...

2019 2-dr Sport, MT, 3.6L - 2" Mopar lift

Was running 35's, but I have to do A LOT of traveling this year (possibly over 20k miles). So, I THOUGHT it would be a good idea to buy a set of stock takeoffs (245/75R17s) and put them on. Figure I'd save a little money on gas and save the 35s. But, now I have death wobble. Is this even worth pursuing? Or, is a lift kit with stock rims/tires just a recipe for disaster and I should just put the 35s back on?
Thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thank you very much!

Yep, tire size has nothing to do with death wobble. Tire size doesn't change suspension geometry.

I REALLY appreciate the input!!
I’ve read all sorts of posts and watched a bunch of videos…I’m afraid I don’t have the experience to know how much play is excessive in the various suspension parts.
I went to the tire store and got the wheels/tires balanced…
With a different tire size and rim offset, should I get the alignment checked?

No, tires and wheels don't change your suspension. They don't change your alignment; however, if you had the lift installed without an alignment, you should have had one then.

Many, many different causes. My DW was a loose track bar bolt. I added a stiffer stab and the longer MOPAR LCAs (more caster) to be on the safe side.

Oddly enough, tire balance being off just a bit can be the instigator. The cultrate aggravated by the instigator may be the steering gear box. Have it checked for slop and adjusted while balancing tires.
