While I appreciate the response, @JeepCares , it's not the correct response. The correct response is "Jeep acknowledges the issue and has resolved or is working to resolve the issue". The correct response is not "We have a problem. But we're not concerned as long as people are able to find a way to resolve it on their own, at their own expense, and before someone dies as a result of this problem".Hey Skipswift,

There is clearly an issue in the units Jeep is shipping/has been shipping. What is Jeep doing about it?
Not trying to be harsh, but it's extremely discouraging that so many people have been/are reporting steering issues for many, many months and, to my knowledge, Jeep has yet to even acknowledge these issues let alone correct these issues.
