I feel your pain but I don’t know what else they could say. Seems he was right up front with you and didn’t dance around the issue. He is also at the mercy of the suppliers. Other option would be leave jeep there which I say no no. I don’t know if you can but I would find out who is the supplier and see if they can give you a better answer. I would be curious as to cause and outcome.Last month I purchased a used 2020 Wrangler unlimited to replace my 2016 one. I wanted something a little newer and with a warranty. Last week I was driving and noticed that none of my gauges were working, no speed no fuel no digital display. Took it to a dealer this week and was told my guess is as good as theirs when the new part will be in. I was told that I could drive it but just guess how fast I was going or to keep up with traffic. I’m blown away by this dealers response to me regarding this. So now I get to drive for lord knows how long without knowing how fast I’m going or how much gas I have.
