Dash lights issue

I have a 2022 Jeep Wrangler 2 door Sport S that is having a dash light problem. I have not called the service department because I really don't look forward to leaving my Jeep there.

It didn't do this at first and it's very random. When I get in to start in the morning, the dash board lights doesn't come on. You can see the icons for the auto light switch, and the the icon for the lights. I can't see the channels on the radio to change, or the button's to do with the phone. I can't see the speed I'm going etc. Some times it take it just a min or two to come on, other times it takes upto 10 mins to come on. Then sometimes when I leave work it does the same thing. I tried to take a couple videos so see if you can tell me what is going on.....Thanks!

Bad ground some were? I was gonna say bad knob/switch but saw the vid and you have no lights! That is def something you should take it in for, if not just for documentation that it is happening.

here’s the obligatory “check all of your fuses” post

the videos aren’t playing well but check your dimmer switch and make sure nothing is blocking your sun sensor?

Turn the brightness up. Your headlights are on.

Is this with or without headlights? As mentioned, it could be the light sensor on the dashboard.

Did you ever get this resolved?
Im having the same issue on my Jeep.
Just wondering what dealer did if they were able to repair it or updated software?

UP DATE:

Took my Lit' Red in to have a tow bar installed with breaking system to hook up to our RV. After this the dash light problem has not happen again. Guess what ever they did corrected the problem. Now it has a new problem but doesn't really bother me. I have the cruise set running along no problem, then when I stop at a light it turns it off......oh well guess that's life.
