Customer Satisfaction 48B

I have a 2024 Rubicon 392. On my Jeep app it shows a Customer Satisfaction Campaign 48B. When I click on view pdf it opens up a Chrysler website but "page not found". The date says May 14, 2024.

Anyone know what this is or do I need to call dealer? Tried google and nothing hit.

lol they forgot to include the spacer for the jack when they were building it.

I ended up going through jeep cares and they had me order and get a refund on the much bigger mopar jack spacer

Got the same notice a few days ago, at the dealer now for a free oil change and tire rotation and showed them the notice. They're not sure they have the part and may have to order it. I'm like "if you order it can you just have them mail it to my house?" It's a little block of plastic, why is this so difficult.

I have a 2024 Rubicon X. I also got this recall because my jeep came with 35" tires. I'm headed to the dealership this morning for it. They ordered the part for me earlier in the week.
