I am in the middle of building a cargo deck and some cabinets, however I’m using the same construction as Goose with the birch plywood. Apparently you have a CNC on tap?

Jim, yes I run a fab shop so we have all the toys to build special projects for my jeep.

It looks like you have a willing although limited market for your mod. I'd like to have the larger tub for sure. Maybe you could license it out to someone like RockHard. Great mod well executed.

Ken, this is specific to my setup only as it is build around the exhaust delete and also my lower sway bar for my lift.

Very cool. Did you make a cad file or something that could be given to a fabricator that you'd be interested to share ?

I do have cad files I used for my build and this is specific to my layout. cost wise this does make sense as it is overkill and people would do better if they went the goose gear way. I just had the material and time for this project on hand. thanks for checking it out.

Beautifully done. I like that you didn't bother with an external speaker, just used the unit mounted in a viable location.

speaker is perfect at this location even with top off I can still hear communication

I'm hoping to build something like this with help from SendCutSend. Any chance of you sharing the cad file for the rear cargo tub?

I'm trying to save the trouble of attempting a 3D scan of my tub before I've removed it, as the JL is my daily. I have a goose gear platform, just want more space under the floor.
