Hey Roky, guessing if you tilt the SS any further forward then the other end hits the tie rod on full lock passenger?
Yeah, I’ve rotated as far forward as I can unfortunately……..

You got it, buddy! I'm heading to work tomorrow for a couple hours. While there, I wanted to see if there was any dimensional difference between the stock and the Steersmarts tie rods that are both in a shipping container there. I'm curious after talking with another member with a stock tie rod and stabilizer issue, that I suspect is due to the same sorta thing that you're experiencing. I'll get that measurement at ride height and full drivers lock, and take some refence pics for you. You want me to post them here or privately?
You can post up here, I get alerted when someone trespasses, lol,,,,, Thanks brother, appreciatecha.

Hi Roky. Is this only w/ the ATS bc of the reservoir? What did you use to relocate the SS?

Hey bud, yeah, it’s a perfect storm of RK track bar and Synergy tie rod and Fox ATS w/resi . It only rubs at extreme flexed situation so I haven’t been worried about it. When I hear a clunk, and I know what’s causing it, then it doesn’t bother me, lol.

But I might be switching to RPM tie rod in the future so that’s why I reached out to Mike for measurement in hopes it doesn’t sit as close to the diff as my synergy does. Otherwise I can get a Fox ATS without resi and that would resolve the issue.

I’m using the synergy track bar bolt for the axle connection and the Fox ATS comes with tie rod clamp when you order the JK version.

The Apex Chassis steering linkage I just setup a few weeks back allowed the Fox ATS to be tilted a bit further forward as the tie-rod is further forward then Synergy due to the TRE's used.

As the RPM uses the same TRE's as the Apex (they are made by Apex) I suspect you will gain a bit of clearance over a synergy.

It's about 1.5 inches but can measure the new Apex setup I got for Christmas when I get back home later tonight.

Thanks brother!
Picture courtesy of my wife ;)

Looks like 1 3/4" from center of threads. You will loose 1" of that due to AL rod diameter, or 0.875" if you go steel rod (I went steel rod as this is what they recommended for something that sees a lot of highway miles)
