Wife driving and avoided a deer ran off 2 foot drop off and corrected back n rolled.
Just installed new rubi crate axles early this year. Also has 3” lift, 35s, steel bumpers, Adam’s rear shaft, Rusty’s tire carrier n other stuff
The passenger wheel bent lower arm getting pushed back so wondering if this thing would be worth buying back or even swapping the front axle with stock thinking several mounting holes probably compromised.
Also frame over driver door bent and door obviously doesn’t close.
Thx and hope y’all stay safe

Glad she's OK... just hit the deer. Cheaper, safer for everyone on the road. I'd bet they total it. If you can buy it back cheap enough it wouldn't be too bad to fix in my opinion. Cut out sports bar, weld in cage, thrown in some 1 tons, new fenders, and run it.

Hope the wife is well.
I’m not sure how safe I would feel driving that after the roll bar got bent. Looks like the Jeep did its job protecting the occupant(s). I would give the Jeep a proper burial, pay your respects and get a new one.

I hope I could just hit the deer, but somehow I think I would have had a similar reaction…

hope the replacement process is smooth as possible…

Hate to say it, this^^^.
I tried avoiding another vehicle and tagged a wall at 1mph, cost $1,500 in paint. USAA tried to claim it was a single vehicle accident, so all my fault. I said, a vehicle pulled out in front of me while i was doing 5mph on ice, so decided not to hit them. Bad mistake. Took a year and two sworn affidavits from my wife who was passenger to convince them, not my fault.

Same happened to us, tboned and flipped. Insurance never really said this or that was bent, but obviously the roll cage and some body panels, they just said totaled here are some numbers. After pulling numbers for jeeps available for purchase and providing them receipts for all adds they came up with a number that covered the loss, and allowed us to build another. It wasn’t worth the time or $ to take off parts. Also the ‘buyback’ was pretty high, and would have cost us all the extra we used to build the new one.
