thanks for the suggestion- corporate contacted me and only thing they could offer is for me to pay $40 a day for ten days of loaner, and i’ll be reimbursed the money at the end, but if it goes longer than ten days (which it will they told me 2-3 weeks) then they will still reimburse me $40 a day be the price may go up after the ten days in which case i’m responsible for the difference ? not sure why it’s my responsibility to not only temporarily put up $400+ to get my factory issue fixed, but to also possibly and likely be paying out of pocket for this. Extremely unhappy and frustrated with their customer service and “resolution”. Hope no one else has as much of a problem as me!I would push back hard on the loaner. 3 weeks without a vehicle due to factory deficiencies is inexcusable. @JeepCares should be able to help as well.
