So the tierod antiflop will make noise if you twist it like that. All stock JLs do that. Go to a dealership and you can twist the tierod on a new one to do that.

You can hear my track bar pop in this vid. It was tight enough under normal circumstances, but as soon as I started doing anything with the tires on different levels it would pop. Once I tightened it over torque spec it stopped. I am wondering if yours is a bit looser and when you pull into your driveway it is enough to make yours pop.

That very well could be.. just weird that I never heard it until now. But that could be the case

Well... that wasnt it.. still does the clunk.. I planned on heavy duty steering anyway so at least thats out the way.. the search continues.. next order of business is to throw a torque wrench on body mount bolts.. make sure they are tight.. and replace rear track bar since that one is still stock.. see if thats the issue

My mysterious clunk turned out to be my LOD frame sliders hitting the body bolt. Drove me crazy!
I still have a clunk. It is the tire hitting the loose fender liner. Forgot to get it fixed at the dealer last time. I may just remove it.

I had a clunk that was caused by the worn upper bump stop. The foam pretty much disintegrated. I was able to replace them without pulling a spring. I just jacked up one corner at a time to extend the spring.

Good luck is right. I've had a popping/clunk sound on mostly on righthand turns going up inclines at less than 5 mph. I had it looked at by the dealership and was misdiagnosed as end links. They can not find the problem. I have also replaced all shocks and SS. No fix.

Its annoying.. it sounds like something is making contact but I cant see any marks.. I know the track bar hardware is undersized from factory and has play in the holes but it never made this noise before. I ordered some aftermarket hardware thats supposed to address the undersized factory hardware and will install that but I dont have much hope thats the issue.

Yes very annoying! Do you have a recording of the sound by chance? The video you posted previously has been deleted. I am going to try and record the sound mine is making.
