I had my 2019 rubicon in for regular maintenance including changing the differential fluids. Last changed at 40k and at 76k now so decided to change it out while it was in the shop. Mechanic found chunks of metal attached to the magnetic screw for the front diff, pulled the differential cover and cleaned out more metal chunks. The shop couldn’t find any issues that would cause this so recommended we just put the cover back on and refill and check again at the next oil change. Any ideas what it could be? How bad is it?
