Why do I get the feeling that the moment I finally get used to this flaccid clutch is the moment that I'm going to have to replace it lol... 4400 miles and I still stall every once in a while. Never driven a stick with this level of disconnected feeling from the vehicle. You just can't feel the damn thing! Then with the stock muffler being so quiet you can't even hear it either. Just a bad combo.

For those that have upgraded, keep the posts coming about longevity. Hopefully I won't need it, but following this thread just in case I do.

Did it come with new Master and Slave cylinders? I know that the factory Master cylinder uses the brake reservoir... I wonder if the Centerforce kit does something different.
Yes it comes with a complete hydraulic system although it still uses the brake fluid reservoir for the fluid supply.

Eta the bleed process for the clutch. Seems like a bit of a pain.

I agree! That's one of the reasons that I put a Magnaflow exhaust on mine, so at least I can hear the damn thing!

Order placed on the Centerforce II kit, looks like end of September for me. Have shop scheduled install 3rd week of October along with 4.88 gears. Can't wait!

I see you’re in NJ. Globex doing your installs?
I hear they’re the best. I got a quote from them to do 4.88s on mine.
I just wish I could be 100 percent certain the CF won’t blow up

Pretty sure a CF clutch isn’t going to blow up, whether it howls remains to be seen.

Unfortunately there are no guarantees with any component but I feel better with the Centerforce II along with its drivabikity benefits. Had one long ago on a built supercharged mustang that I drove very hard and had no issues with the Centerforce.

Globe is highly recommended. I went with OK4WD who are also in the process of doing a complete AEV conversion on my Jeep. Not the cheapest but very good quality work and customer service.

Two things: Hooker Blackheart axle back, B&M shifter. You can hear to shift without it being too loud, in fact it sounds like an overhead cam straight six a bit (kind of fun). The shifter really improves the shifting feel a bunch.

So much so, that my wife notices both mods, and likes both mods. This is from a non-mechanical person, so if she can tell that something changed, it's meaningful change. She likes the exhaust, it's not too loud, but makes it so you can hear what you're doing. Very nice tone to it.

Oof. I placed the order 2 weeks ago, locked in at 1,599. Clearly the demand is increasing.

So far I have 41K miles on my 2019 with the stock clutch. Unless they snuck it in at the dealership during an oil change I did not do the software update. I donā€˜t wheel often so it does not get too much abuse. Reading through this thread I’m not sure the centerforce is much of a panacea to the sloppy factory clutch. Sounds like it’s a nightmare to install, twice as bad to bleed and you still might not get it right, crapshoot level results, and weird Wookiee noises even if the install seems otherwise all right. Are there other options when this one bites the dust?

Do you have the current gear indicator in the cluster? That’s a sure sign it has been flashed. Safety recalls they will do any time the Jeep is in for service.
