CD Player in JL?

[CJ7 and 4 wheel drive]

Any word on whether the JLU is actually available with a CD slot? I get that I can rip my old music CDs to a USB drive or a smart phone, but who has the time for that?

Wow. Just wow.
Where do you even find the room to keep CDs in a Jeep?
How do you keep them from skipping on the trails?
Or even keep them clean and unscratched?

I'd sooner go back to cassettes.

Why can't you get prerecorded music on thumb drives. seems like a gold mine to me. I don't have time/knowledge either to record thumb drives. Some one could start a very lucrative business here by selling thumb drives with music like they did with cd's. Don't like the I phone or android plug in business. A lot(hell of a lot) of us like the kiss method. Keep it simple.
