I have a wrangler jl rubicon 2.0 .
The check engine light keeps popping with the codes u02a9 and p023b
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Control Circuit Low
The pump fuze keeps blowing
Took it to the dealership replaced the fuze
Two days later the check engine light re popped with same error codes
Changed the water pump
One week later same problem came back
Everything works fine no overheating
Can the battery be the problem or what should I do
can't find a solution . If anyone can help

It's probably an air to water intake air cooler and that's the pump that's shorting. Not your engine's water pump. There is probably a short its harness. If you are comfortable, go in the engine compartment and look for a frayed or melted wire set. Otherwise, back to the dealership

There's a short somewhere if it keeps popping the fuse. It would be nice if the dealership would just diagnose rather than throw parts at it. Sadly I think most dealership mechanics don't have that ability anymore. Some do, but you have to be lucky enough to get that guy.

Totally wild guess, but have you checked the coolant level for the intercooler lately? If there was a leak, the pump might have run dry and blew the fuse. You replaced the pump and the fuse, but if there was a leak you didn't know about, and it's still slowly leaking down? ...

Do You know what fuse it is? I have this CEL on too and I wanna check it to see if mine is popped. I need to clear this out so I can register my car.

The fuse F07 LTR Pump (Low Temp Radiator) in the fusebox next to the battery under the hood.

Did you get this figured out? My CEL came on last week with the same codes. Did some basic troubleshooting and assumed my pump was bad, replaced the pump but no change.

Mine cleared out on its own. I had swapped the pump out and fuse months ago and just 2 days ago the CEL cleared on its own.

If the fuse is no longer blowing, and when the code is cleared the pump works, most likely the system was not bleed of air properly. That code is determined by pump load. if there is air in the system, the load on the pump is lower then it would be in water, and the sense circuit would read a lower than expected voltage due to the lower amperage used by the pump to operate.
