How do you know if the speedometer was in kilometers before it got changed to miles per hour? The speedometer I have now is in miles per hour, but since the vehicle was in Canada I am assuming that it was in kilometers and has since been changed over. If it has been changed over, does a sticker have to be placed in the door frame stating that the speedometer has been replaced? I can change the speed in the middle screen with the buttons on the steering wheel. The mileage on the vehicle I can change in my settings.

If a sticker has to be placed in the door Frame who would that sticker be from?

What would make you think that something more than how it's rendered on the dash was changed?

The speedometer is the same, you just change the displayed speed/distance from kilometers to miles with the control on the left side of the steering wheel. Just press ok and it will change.
Does it say mph or kph on the speedometer?

edit: you can change the unit of measurement in settings in the radio.
