This thing works like a champion. I bought the wife one with heater, but without works just fine with water warmed in the sub or on a stove.

https://geysersystems.com/products/geyser-system

The other plus is if you order a second scrubber, you can use it for pots, plates, etc. and without the scrubber you have a pressurized spray for feet, dogs, what have ya'.
Definitely second the Geyser system. After talking with the owner for a bit last year at Overland Expo decided the non-heater version, since I always usually have a jetboil or equivalent with me. Just add a nalgene of cold and one of hot. Good to go. Also have different colored sponges for different tasks.

I transport water in the Dometic Go hydration jug.

We have a cheap 3 gallon bag shower off Amazon with USB chargeable pump and shower head. Works great and takes up little space. The "camp" shower at our AZ property got a huge upgrade over memorial day weekend. 500 gallon tank, 12v rv pump, battery with solar panel and charge controller, shower head, and a privacy screen for when we have company. Not cheap or portable, but should give us about a year worth of showers before needing filled.

Look into rinsekit cube with propane heater add on.

Or joolca- they have modular systems that you can pick and choose from to fit your needs. One of the cool parts they have is a river pump with sediment filter, essentially giving you an ā€œendlessā€ water source to shower in or use for other stuff.

Turned out great, the 40 acres is remote enough we didn't need it, but for the trips where we have company it will come in handy. Throw a shower curtain across the front and you're good to go.

edit:

one more option, which is new, is the flextail shower. Basically a usb shower hose/head wirh built in sediment filter. You’d drill need a water resorvoir and heating source. But it looks good.

A small amount of water in a small basin, just large enough to put both feet in. And a washcloth and some deodorizing soap. Did that for years at hunting camp.

I use a hike crew rechargeable pump & nozzle in a 5 gallon bucket from Dicks Sporting goods. If I want a hot shower I just heat up some water.

For $12 buy a 1 gallon garden sprayer from lowes. Spray paint black. Fill with water, leave in camp during the day where it will get the sun. Works pretty well.
This is what I do, with a small shower tent. If my daughter is using it, I heat up water in a kettle and add it in. It's also great for cleaning dishes. Cheap, easy, and small amount of space.

The kakadu looks like a pretty cool unit as well but a bit pricey and still need to have a water source. It looks portable enough and comes with a sediment filter for intake as well. Heats with a 1lb propane tank.

I’m pretty sure I’ll end up with the midnight forest water system mounted on a trailrax. It looks just like a rotopax and comes with a relatively small battery for pressurizing the system. I’d opt for the 4 gallon and it’d be strictly for dishes and quick showers when body wipes have done their fair share of work and a nearby river or lake isn’t an option. I’m rarely out more than 5-7 days so I don’t stress on showering too much, but dishes continuously give me water issues. I carry two Dometic go hydration canisters (6 gallons) but it goes quick when drinking water, coffee, pasta, dog water, and dishes. So I personally want a unit that contains water as well. I can always add a hot tap to spare tire and tap into propane on tire, but hot water isn’t a necessity for me at the moment with my current camping style/lengths.

That Midnight Forest system looks pretty nice. Something like that was mentioned in the other thread as a suggestion for adding a valve stem to my Rotopax and I could pressurize it which is basically just a home made version.
