Cam shaft position sensor - code po345 & po390

Interested in this one since my '18 JLUS just started the same kind of thing. Feels a little sluggish and the idle is a bit rough. I might try to get time to pull codes this weekend and see if anything comes up.

I didn't get a chance to look at the codes yet. Got busy and then had to go to Scout Camp all last week. I'll see if I can get it done this week. I might have to break down and get a taser to pull all codes unless something pops on my regular code scanner.

I am getting the same codes P034 and P0344. Can I just change it or take it to the dealer ?
