Hmmm. I just stumbled upon Metalcloak bump stop replacements. They are allegedly 1" longer than stock and smooth out bumps too. Set of all 4 is around $100 bucks. I might be willing to do that for a simple solution, if they really are longer than the stock bump stops.

Just had these installed on mine when the coils were being replaced. Haven’t had a chance to compress them yet but I’m expecting less harsh of a jolt.
