Hi y'all,

I installed the mopar 2.5 inch lift, however the one bump stop's bolt got snapped..

So I'm wondering if there's some better solution to replace it? And just to confirm, is it ok to running without it (not offroading, just in the city).

There are several good replacements. Rock Krawler and Teraflex will work well. You can even make your own out of hockey pucks if you wanted to.

Yes, you can run around town, no problem.

If you end up ordering a replacement (OEM Mopar) part remember; they paint the threads on those suckers... So chase the bolt with a nut and some oil, or thread on a proper sized die to clean out the paint. It makes installation so much easier!

Mopar part #'s for the front and back bump stops (*Double check before ordering):
Front: 68316587AA
Rear: 68323933AA

Thanks.. I think the hockey puck might be the easier way to go. And i might not need to take off the spring to install it

There are two Mopar part #'s for this piece (*Double check before ordering):

New: 68323933AA
Thanks. My kit is the AE kit, and it comes with the older bump extension part. Good to know! By the way, do you know any chance the Mopar will cover it under warranty?

They might cover it if you contact your local dealership parts dept.

But, in order to install these you do need to pull the spring from the lower perch first - these are too big to fit in-between the spring when the spring is installed in the lower perch.

Do you have a pic of this part? Is it basically the same as that one in post#1 and happen to know the part# for the rear?
TIA
