Hello all,

I have a quick question regarding how much, if any, extension needs to be added to the bump stops on my JLR.

I'm going to be installing daystar 3/4" spacers and a set of 295/70r17 tires going up to 315s when they wear out most likely. I bought a set of the Teraflex .50 - 1" strike pad shims and was wondering if I would be alright installing just the half-inch extensions, or if I should go ahead and do the full 1 inch extension at each corner? Thanks in advance!

I recommend to test out using various thickness wood shims under the stock bumps until you are at full flex without touching. That way you know exactly how much you need without overdoing it and limiting suspension travel.
