Bump stop check,

I installed Rubicon springs, shocks and a 1/2" spacer front & rear. It's a subtle lift, it gave me somewhere between 1 1/8" maybe 1.5" at the most. What is the up travel of the factory Rubicon shock or How many inches should there be between the upper bump stops and the flat area where the bump stops bottom out on the axle? I measured mine, it's about 4 1/4" inches in the rear and 3.5" in the front. Does this sound about right or should I add more bump stops?

Upon further research, I added one inch bump stop in the rear and the front. The front is now measuring 3" from the bottom bump stop to the top bump stop and/or 4" from the bottom bump stop to the top bump stop cup. I'm still not 100% certain the front has enough bump stop? Your thoughts, anyone, anyone?

Just flex it out a little at a time and see how close you’re getting to either A. bottoming out the shocks or B. rubbing the fender liners.

This is how I checked mine when I added longer Fox shocks.

I believe this was full flex or very close to it. The upper bump stop had about a 1/2" before fully compressed. I don't think the shock was bottomed out but probably close. I'm still not 100% but I think it's good or good enough.
