Has anyone installed a bigger gas tank on their JLU?

I'd like to go just a little bigger - 5-10gal is all, but wondering if anyone's done it?

i Have a LRA tank. Not sure what capacity is in old fashioned measurements but I now have 146 litres

That is so nice. I really wish there was an option for the 3.6 L with eTorque...

How is the eTorque different? Mine is an export 3.6 rubicon
eToruqe has a large 48V battery pack under the rear right where this tank is usually mounted.

Just as a point of clarification, you "may" find a transfer tank, but you are not likely to find a larger replacement "gas" tank. "Gas" tanks are part of the emissions system, they are not for diesels. So, you can manufacture a tank for a diesel and don't have to pass the same EPA testing/certification. You'll see larger diesel tanks available all the time. It hasn't been cost effective for manufacturers to build, and more importantly certify, a larger "gas" tank. You will find auxiliary tanks that you have to transfer the fuel from and into your stock "gas" tank, but it's not really a larger "gas" tank in the traditional sense.

Yes, this exactly. There doesn't seem to be an alternative space for a decent sized tank underneath the 3.6 L eTorque.
