It seems like all of a sudden these turns started being noisy. They were quiet as a mouse for quite awhile. I do have the SOT fabric top so that may be part of it. Almost sounds like a rear end going out, but pretty sure it's the tires.

If the sound is only from the rear then it's not a "KO2s are loud" issue. Unless, of course, you've never rotated them.

The first thing I'd do is check the rear tires for damage. Then go from there.

Have someone else drive the Jeep on the feeeway. You pull up along side it in another vehicle while going down the freeway with the window down. You should be be able to tell if it’s tire noise or not. Or if you know someone with more experience, you drive the Jeep and have them listen from another vehicle.

How many miles on them? Rotate 5 every 5?? Mine are fine coming up on 50K. Going to replace them with new KO3's.
