Past three days with negative degree weather I have not been able to start the Jeep. Good thing I have an older Cherokee or I’d be stuck.
Wife and I live in a condo and sadly no garage.
Any advice on keeping the battery warm? I dont have a way to plug anything into an outlet. It’s happened before with super cold weather and needed to rely on the Cherokee.
Thanks for the help.

Sounds like your batteries are weak.

-20 here and both of our Jeeps started today - the 3.6 cranked quickly, just fine, the 4xe even started great and was a trooper all day of shopping in the extreme cold.
If it won't crank, your battery is getting weak or the starter is drawing too much.
If it cranks but not long enough to start - maybe it needs to be checked so it starts faster/easier.
I can't see why a modern vehicle won't start in -20 (F) weather unless the battery has an issue or the vehicle is hard starting.
This was an issue 30 years ago, shouldn't be today.

Get a jackery or similar to keep a charger plugged in overnight.
If it needs a charger, it probably needs a battery.
One has to figure what it takes to keep a COLD battery topped off (it takes a lot more than a basic charger when it's COLD) - you need over 14 volts and figure a small BatteryMinder at 1.5 amps to get the wattage needed, and the time needed.
My Jeep runs 14.8-15.0 volts when it's cold to get the batteries charged or topped off.

A noco 10 or similar will keep it topped off.
New battery first/at this point yes but, charger to maintain from here on out.

Mine failed to remote start with temps in the teens today. Still have no idea why.

Make damn sure you don't charge a Jackery or similar lithium batteries when they're under 32 degrees F.

Battery voltage is likely too low.

From the Manual:

All of the following conditions must be met before the engine
will remote start:
• Gear Selector in PARK (P)
• Doors closed
• Hood closed
• Swing Gate closed
• Hazard switch off
• Brake switch inactive (brake pedal not pushed)
• Battery at an acceptable charge level
• PANIC button not pushed
• System not disabled from previous remote start event
• Vehicle alarm system indicator flashing
• Ignition in STOP/OFF position

I would say battery time. If it has two replace both. Battery tenders help. But if you have no way to power it. Battery replacement maybe necessary

Yeah, sounds like its time to replace the battery. Only happens in extreme cold. Might save up and do a dual battery Genesis system.
Thanks for the suggestions. Parking sucks, wish i could park it closer, but even then too far. Too many homeless and migrants in the area.....not political but stuff gets stolen so leaving anything out is a bad idea.
Thanks for the help fellas. Hope you are all staying warm. CO is finally going to be freezing today. ha
