Important point. @Cartman, as the OP, should have his issue(s) addressed.
As I wrote before the battery had after 24 hours still 88%. Now the Jeep will sit at the parking lot around week. If there had been continuously such a big discharging, both batteries will be dead after week.

@Mguy

I'd like you to testify in my lawsuit against the power company.

See, they've been charging me for kilowatt hours, which we both know means a constant 1000 watts for 1 hour. But I never use a constant 1000 watts. There's always something turning on and off around here.

This sock-cooking power company doesn't even offer a constant kilowatt! When I ask for a kilowatt, I get power oscillating between 0 and 2 kilowatts 120 times per second. It's rubbish. Nobody can measure that.

The entire discharge from the moment you stop molesting it to full sleep mode 61 minutes later is around 200mAh.
What's the backstory as to why full sleep mode requires such a protracted interval? Post #16 suggests the interval may be up to 90 minutes.

Just curious.

It's a good question and the answer is not easily found by us owners. The answer is not Wrangler specific, modern vehicles no longer just turn off.

But fortunately the typical total draw in the immediate shut off period seems to be of little consequence. A healthy fully charged AGM will self discharge in a month more than the 200mAh posted by @mister flanders, and will start a Jeep even with the shut off drain. It is, of course, a different story if there is an aux battery equalizing with the start battery during the engine off period.

My JT sat for a full week while I was out of town. It took around 2.6Ah to full charge. That means it was still at 97% state of charge after a week.

After 2 hours at 14.40V it had taken 2.4Ah:

It's nearly done at this point. Most smart chargers would drop into maintenance mode before it even got this far.

I turned it down to 13.80V and left it on for 4 more hours. It was done accepting charge by the time I got back to it.

today Im driving around the town with Start stop ON and it still be able to fully charge both batteries. Everytime I lock the car it drops at around 87% and it stays at that number also after whole week of standing. Now Im satisfy. Hope tommorow I will be abnnle to scan live JSCAN data via MX+ and let you know.

My ā€˜18 JLUR showed the start/stop wasn’t working so I assumed the aux battery was dead so decided why not replace both of them with new slightly better batteries. Replacement went well, fully charged, parked for 2 weeks while out of town. Completely dead. Tried to charge for day. No charge. Tried again and the fuses box kept clicking same as before. Took main battery out to charge. Tomorrow I’ll put back in and I’m sure it will work but now I’m worried I have a similar problem with some type of draw on the battery. Nothing has been changed or added to the Jeep. The batteries have been working with no issues for the last 3 years.

You only charged the main? They're both dead.

They were both fully charged. Both brand new. Same problem as before replaced as far as the batteries draining when sitting for a few weeks.
