I had the hitch light but got tired of always removing it when I needed the hitch. Changed over to the S2 reverse lights and it works so much better. Easy install with the upfitter harness

Nice job. Looks like someone vandalized your license plate though. Some peopleā€˜s kids šŸ¤“. How about a close up of them installed with the lights off. Thanks

Do you have any photos in the dark?

Flush mounted would've been perfect! I feel like Im going to rip them right off lol

I will take some. I looked at the oracle lights but didn’t feel like taking the bumper off, plus almost all installs I read about you have to trim the lights to fit. This fixed the problem of a crappy camera (thanks jeep, my 2022 ram 1500 had an amazing camera). and didn’t require all the work of either cutting or trimming like the others I have seen. Also, if I rip these off, I am also taking the hitch and possibly the exhaust as both of those hang lower.

How did you wire them? I have a next venture bumper coming soon, and I am anticipating installing s2 lights as reverse lights, thinking about tying into the 7wire hitch plug.

That is exactly what I did. I used the upfitter harness but realistically you can cut the connectors off and just do a straight hardwire

I have some S2 sport combo pattern on the front bumper to add to the halogen high beams. Nice improvement. Next time I may try the pro version, but for reverse I'm sure the sport version is more than plenty. Let us know if they survive offroad ledges etc.

This is the way...

Seriously, the S2s are great, flush mounted or not. I had a pair under my first bumper. Banged 'em up, but they never ripped off and never stopped working.

@Eticket1337 are you doing any crawling? My muffler has some nice scrapes and dents from wheeling. I have a set of these on the way and anything lower than recessed in my bumper would worry me.

there’s no way anything under my rear bumper would survive.
Same here, last trip out I bent both safety chain loops on the hitch. If I had lights mounted under the bumper they would have been long gone.
