These lights will be available in all the vehicle-specific kits previously utilizing the S2 lights. For the adventurer that would like to design their mounting solution based around these lights, we will also offer the universal pair as well. What makes them better vs the S2s?

The S2 SAE is a street-legal version of the normal S2. This includes a completely different optic style allowing for a more focused lighting beam and a sharp cutoff line which is what you want for on-road applications. This light was mainly designed around the vehicle-specific kits that we have utilized for the current S2 lights but also gives you guys a slimmer and more compact street-legal light on the market from us. I wouldn't consider it better or worse because they are two different lights utilized for two different driving styles making them hard to compare.
