Bad Air in the Intake

My neighbor was pressure washing his house with heavily chlorinated water. The chlorine smell was so horrendous and I drove near his house for about 30 seconds with my new 392. So, my brand new Jeep engine was taking in very chlorinated air for that time. Do you think any damage could be done internally due to this? Am I overthinking it?

You’re fine. Brake cleaner/carb cleaner is chlorinated and is often used to clean engine components

Your Jeep is fine, I'd rinse the exterior off if it bothered me to dilute the already diluted chlorine.

I did rinse it off right after just to be safe. But of course I couldn’t rinse off the inside of the engine like I wanted to as well. I know it’s not the same thing totally but bleach in the gas tank will corrode and absolutely destroy an engine. Ha ha I’m still in that new car honeymoon phase for sure.
