S&B Intake

Installed the S&B intake to my baby and after driving her for a few day I am extremely happy with the upgrade.

Because I am noticing an uptick around 2-3 MPG on the city without any changes on driving habits. I will record the difference on the highways tomorrow since I will go out of town 128 miles each way.

Yes! It sounds amazing on WOT. By the way I also installed aFe Ceramic headers and tuned with HP Tuners.

All on the intake! Before the intake installation even with the headers and the tune my baby only gained 1 MPG and now after the intake everything went up 2-3 MPG on top of the 1 extra MPG.

I forget to mention I replaced the factory 33 K02 for 35 Falken and getting better MPG than factory.

Yes. I use HP Tuner.

How hard were the headers to install? I’m looking to install some ceramic coated headers in the future to cut down some of the underhood temps…gonna check out that S&B air intake too! Have a S&B on my truck and love it.

I am not going to lie the installation toke me around 13 hours because I was taking my sweet time exploring everything under the Jeep. You will not regret upgrading the intake with an S&B intake.

I already adjust the throttle response using the HP tuner software before I installed the intake but now after the intake installation the engine is even more responsive than before.
