Back seat?

First thing I did with my 2dr JK was take out the back seat. It worked out so nicely that it was also the first thing I did with my JL.

People love to ask “What if you have to give more than one person a ride somewhere?” and I always tell them that it never comes up. “Why not?” they ask. Because I only have two seats.

Anyhoo my question is: Is there any market for these things? On the JK people would buy them for the 3rd row mod, is there anything like that for the JL? I asked for a thousand, which is what my old seats sold for in a day. I’m assuming that’s way too much considering the lack of response so far.

I have a friend who would buy jeep back seats to use in his garage and man cave as seats.

Post an ad in the on site classifieds and see what the market will bear, maybe someone has some twins that are looking for a comfy gaming seat I think $500ish might get a bite, but???

I dunno. You might lose more than that when you trade/sell it. Mine’s been in the basement since the Jeep came home.

Same here very first thine I did to every jeep I have owned, back seat out, the ONLY time it would go back in is for a parade.

I don't think there is any value in it, but maybe someone else would. I think the only time I put my back seat in was when I sold my 2021. My 2022 back seat sits in the garage where the 2021 sat...at least I think it does. I don't remember the last time I actually saw it.
