2323 delivered in November, and I have noticed mine also does the throttle surge to 2500 - 3000 rpm when going to neutral for a few minutes after cold start. Just curious anyone else have this issue and DOES NOT have a Tazer installed?

I use the center one the two outside ones are painted, not quite as obvious in your photo, but mine is purple

I did use a Tazer, I did not really try them for long them without. I actually bought a Tazer before I even took delivery of my JL (found one on ebay for $150). I also added LED tail lights, turn signals and fog lights as well so was no big deal for me either way.

Replaced stock halogen headlights today with Diode Dynamics Elite Max LED Headlights. So much brighter!
