Automatic Sticker and Build Sheet tracking

Jeep Chat just told me I'm in I status....for inspections or something like that. Does anyone know what that means or how much longer it takes to ship once it hits an I status?

I status is the last before shipping status... Time in I depends on them getting to inspecting it and if something is wrong. If it passed inspection it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get to your dealer but that is highly dependent on your location (how far from Toledo you are) and when it actually hops a train. After the train unloads it at the distribution center closest to you it has to get loaded on a truck to your dealer. Some people have seen it fly through shipping and other has been stuck in KZ (shipping) for over a month.

Great, thanks for the info! I'm in NJ. Dealer said they ship it on a truck, not a train which I find a bit odd. I thought they all shipped on trains...I guess I'm looking at a few more weeks at least.

Interesting. I am pretty sure it’s all train until it gets close but I guess you never know with Jeep. Seems like they may not know how it works half the time which would account for all the delays.

It will ship via truck if it 600 miles or less I believe. Yes most go by train but depending on distance they will also go by truck only as well.

Made a decent size update today.

The site now decodes the VIN to determine the Engine, Trim, and Doors. This helps with finding similar orders as you can now click on any one of these to filter down to only that criteria.

I also split the list into two lists the top of the page shows orders that haven't been found yet, while the bottom has a second list with all the ones that have both a sticker and build sheet found. This also is included in any filtering that is done.

The counts at the top of the page will accurately count the specific filter you have applied as well. For example this is filtered on 2 door orders. You can see only a single order has been completed out of 101

This is great even though my build sheet and window sticker have been find I can definitely find this useful in correlating when window stickers are available and when vehicles are shipped, received, etc.

Let me check your vin manually. I wonder if some of the orders were entered wrong by the dealer.
