Got my VIN and added it to the tracker.. so excited .. when the sticker and build sheet is found... then how will we know what our current code is

Has anyone run into a VIN that exists on a dealer website but when trying to view the window sticker it shows that the windows sticker is not available? Here's an example: https://www.lafontainecdjrlansing.net/inventory/1C4HJXDG3JW115612

Edit: When using Jeep's Equipment Listing tool and searching for the VIN, I get a build sheet, however
