On another topic - What’s odd that I often find myself thinking about while combing this forum - There are people who get paid for basically trolling social media. Like it’s a real thing. Could that same thing hold true for forums, or just YouTube and Facebook type situations?

I’m a bit of a conspiracy theorist anyways so I did some digging on the interwebs about it a few months back. Because some of the shit people say in the comments sections is so unhinged that there has to be more going on than just attention-seeking or plain stupidity. And as it turns out, more of these people than not are getting paid to troll comments sections. The more responses they get and the more people they piss off, the more money they make. Oh what a time to be alive…
