Has anyone ever removed the auxiliary battery and installed a bypass for the circuit? I.e a diode pack?
This is something I would like to engineer with some input from my fellow JEEPSTERS

Not sure what you're asking here.

There's already methods that are free without any cost to disable the auxiliary battery and also a way to remove it, again without any cost whatsoever.

There's also paid systems already on the market where you can delete the auxiliary battery.

I would say go search YouTube, there's about a billion videos about it already.
