I have a dual ARB compressor mounted under the passenger seat of my JLU. It started leaking so I removed the seat and did the standard soapy water test on all the fittings. No leaks at all. However, I found that air was coming out of one of the compressor via what I think is some sort of a pressure relief valve. In the photo I put a red dot on the part from which the air comes out. I also show what the spring and seal look like when removed. The ARB installation guide doesn't show any parts like that and when I looked for replacement parts found a variety of O-rings but nothing that seems to address the issue. Suggestions are welcomed.

Maybe your pressure cut-off switch has failed and that relief valve is preventing further disaster.

Thanks. That was my first thought. I installed a new PRV from ARB with that in mind although I was fairly certain that wasn't the problem as I have a tank connected which should allow the compressor to run quite a while before hitting the max PSI. The valve in question starts leaking air soon after the compressor starts which is why I am thinking it is the problem.

Ah, then yeah, I'd agree it's probably that valve or the spring doesn't have sufficient tension to hold the valve closed.
