Apparently did something wrong--UCONNECT not working in Jeep anymore. Help??

I remember many weeks ago, being impatient with something, so I apparently did something to mess up my uconnect in my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. Jolly. Are there directions anywhere to teach me how to get it working again? Or can someone guide me??

Let’s go backwards and start with what problem you were having originally and then what you did to mess things up and proceed from there. If you could be as specific as possible.

I'm embarrassed to say that I never knew why it worked in the Jeep. I was too busy with my life, and the Jeep was fairly new to me.

So do I need Uconnect in the Jeep to be connected to my phone, is that correct??

I posted this to someone else, but here are all the things that Uconnect does, and which I don't have anymore. https://www.jeep.com/connectivity.html. I remember I was stressed about something one day, did do an update if I remember correctly, then apparently got rid of it, or turned it off, or something.

I have attached a screenshot about how I Chrysler/jeep says to get it on again. I press the Assist button and it simply says “Connected service is not active. Press the button below to continue”. The below button says Activate. I press that, Uconnect tries to load again, and the next screen shows the apps on my jeep, And you will see two screenshots of all my Apps it on the list of apps. None are Uconnect.. So I’m stuck.

I am now doing another step in the Jeep, trying to follow more directions. It’s about updating software, yet it’s got 41 minutes left. Really?? Is this even going to help me get Uconnect??

I even called a number for assistance, and no one came on. Then the AI mindless robot asked me to rate the assistance I got. I got no assistance.

I was wondering if that was what he was referring to. He has a '20 model and the app quit updating for my '20 after 36 months. It no longer shows things like fuel level, mileage, tire pressure, etc.

I'm a "she". There are some girls who drive a Jeep.

And I can't get over how frustrating this has been. Let me say it all over again.

1) Many weeks ago, when I was stressed about something, I apparently either got rid of Uconnect on my 2020 Jeep Wranger Sahara, or turned it off, or I-don't-know-what-happened. It all just stopped working the way it used to. It's now dark outside and I came inside.

2) People keep asking me what stopped working. The entire UConnect stopped working. I can't be more specific than that!!

3) I got busy in my life for weeks with no Uconnect. So the last few days, I came back to it to try and get it back on my Jeep. I've been reading everything I can, trying to figure out how to get it back. I've tried so many steps on the internet. And so far, none of them work.

4) I did some kind of long update. Nothing changed.

5) One direction was to connect to Assist. But Assist wasn't working, and I followed steps to get it working. Then it said "Connected Services Not Active" with "Press the button below" which says Activate. I press Activate. It would show "Uconnect SiriusXM Guardian with LOADING..... Nothing would happen other than it goes to Apps, where I have two pages of Apps on the Jeep. So that's a dead end.

6) Another direction had me look for "UConnect Care". Never, ever found that!!

7) Another direction was to try and Pair from my phone. I thought I was making progress with that. But pairing from my phone failed.

I am very stuck trying to get UConnect to work.
