Anyone having issue with dash Compass and GPS?

The dealer also told me I need the entire radio replaced. They tried a software update 1st and no dice. Why wouldn't they just replace the GPS card?

So on mine, it was the LTE/cellular card that failed, and it's apparently integral to the circuit board inside the head unit. Silly design that the GPS can't work without that cellular card.

Just to add info for others... my card failed also. Any service that uses the card won't work. That means NAV, Compass, XM Guardian traffic info and assistance, wifi hotspot, Off Road pages work kinda but location information is absent, remote start via the Jeep app and any service that communicates to the vehicle. I also noticed I stopped getting the emails from Jeep about vehicle health.

Hopefully the new radio will be here soon...
