2018 JLUR 8.4 Nav/GPS Issue

I had my Jeep in to the Service Department today for a GPS issue - not finding sats - they just called and said Jeep has indicated that a software fix may be available in 1Q 2021, and they can't do anything. Anyone else have a similar experience? Of note, the top of the dashboard above the radio has seemed hot to the touch at times since new.

I noticed mine acting up about a week ago. In addition to no GPS signal, my radio is rebooting every 4 minutes. I think something might be draining my battery too since it always pops up with "aux switches unavailable, battery charging" every morning for the last week too.

One of many dumb issues I've had with the 8.4 Uconnect.

I got it to the dealer today and they gave me the same message.
