Hole in the block.
January 27, 2023 at around 9500 miles the engine died just going down the high way. After 11 days sitting in the lot the dealer looked at it and diagnosed a blown engine. I crawled under it and took a picture of the hole. I am not a mechanic.
4 days later the Warranty Department wanted me to provide receipts for all the oil changes. At this time I have owned it 6 months and 3200 miles. I tracked that info down from another dealer and sent that in. So far I am on day 19 and counting.
I received a response email from Jeep Customer Care after 9 days to check if it had been looked at. And a case number. No other information. So far that's it.
Tired of walking to work. Can't wait to get it back
I guess I need to type @JeepCares to get noticed.
