I had some jacked up off the wall thrust angle numbers too! Don’t try that shit at home, you will throw out your back.

On a serious note, after my lift my thrust angle was at .28 and -.01 prior. I posted this info on this forum and some smart people said the same thing about it being racked incorrectly or a mishap during the alignment reading.

Since my Jeep tracks beautifully, I just went on with my life and will see what the next alignment states whenever it’s needed.

Thanks, for posting that. I'll double check the my axles are centered (I have adjustable trackbars that can be adjusted on the vehicle - easy), and send it.

I knew that my trust angle was halfway decent so i took my old track bars and my new ones and put the bolt through the end of the bars (just on one side, they are a bit different in curve) Then i eyed up the other end and took a measure from nut to nut. It was really really close. maybe I’d guess that your rear track bar is too short....?

Got under it today and recentered everything. It was only ~1/4" off - took one turn front and one turn rear to get it as close as possible while lining up the pinch slit. Jeep drove fine before and drives fine after - no change really. I was a bit surprised how one turn on the trackbar took the steering wheel about 15 degrees off-center. So, had to adjust draglink. All and all took a lot longer measuring and remeasuring than actually adjusting things.

I’m glad its all sorted out, I’m about to install my Adj Rear track bar and then i can 0 in my thrust as well. Happy Jeeping!

Well, it remains to be seen if my thrust angle will show in spec at next alignment.

I'll probably not hit the alignment rack until I decide on changing my tierod - slight play in one end that I suspect maybe causing my occasional death wobble.
