Hi Anthony,My 2018 JLU Sport S AC problem is that it won't work at allz then after a few minutes it finally turns on. The rear defrost telltale and AC.compressor indicator both light up, but no air. I turn the knob to high, push the compressor button, turn the temperature knob, nothing. I even have video of this happening. Brought it to Puente Hills CDJR twice (where I bought the Jeep). I even showed a video of the problem. All I got was, "the tech was unable to verify the issue..." So I asked Debbie the service writer "so I made up this video?!" She said she didn't say that but that unless they can replicate the problem, they can't fix it. OMG! It's on video!!! That's why I recorded it bc the last time I went in, Henry told me that if he or the tech can see what's happening and when it happens, they can better diagnose the problem. I'm thinking of getting an attorney and lemon lawing this thing. It's hot out in California and my kids even say to me, "Daddy, it's hot..." All I can do is roll down the windows and wait for the AC to kick in, which it does after 2 minutes or so. They have laws about leaving kids in hot cars unattended. There should be laws about dealers letting customers drive cars with broken AC's they refuse to fix.
We're sorry to hear about your A/C concern. Unfortunately, most times a tech needs to be able to experience your concern in order to identify a repair or a place to start. If you decide to continue working with your dealer, please send our team a private message. We'd be happy to connect you with a Case Specialist.
