Adding license to Jscan

Went in this morning to add my JL to JScan. Already added my wife’s jeep. Plugged in and it told me that my jeep is not licensed. Tried to buy an additional VIN and it told me that I had already purchased it. Tried to restore and it kept gong in a loop. Any ideas on what I did wrong?

You should be able to go into settings>manage license and account>status and see how many licenses you have and also the account tokens

So there’s a bug in iOS that does not allow an additional license to be purchased. Tech got back to me and deleted the old JK and added my ‘22.

did you contact jscan Tech? I am having the same issue trying to add a single VIN, but it WILL let me purchase the 3 vin license pack. I have my old JK and my Wifes WK2 on there so ideally i'd like to remove the JK to add my JL and keep the wife's. Do they have any timelines for fixing? Id rather not drop $55 to get a bunch of licenses i don't need.

Yes. There is a bug in iOS that will not let you add an additional license. They fixed it for me.
