Hi all, so I'm kinda pulling my hair out at this point, I've read through about 50 threads on similar issues, but I just can't find a solution.

So a rundown of what is going on, I have a 2021 JLU Rubicon Diesel, I recently installed a 4.5 MetalCloak Gamechanger, and 40" Mickey Thompson Baja Pro XS tires. I installed the lift and tires myself, had the wheels and tires mounted and balanced by Discount Tire, and then had the lift checked, my work checked, and an alignment done at a local shop that does only lifted Jeeps. Since installing the lift I have the common service ABS, service Traction Control, service 4WD, and Sway Bar Disconnect unavailable, Cruise Control unavailable issues. And what I think is a death wobble (possibly an unbalanced wheel) at around 70-80mph. All of this has started after I lifted the Jeep. The kicker here is I have gone to two separate Autozones this morning, both read my codes, and the readout shows the ABS passed, and there are ZERO codes, this was identical at both shops, both tried to reset the lights and it didn't turn them off. Every other thread I have found seems to show a code to a speed sensor or something out.

What I have tried, I have replaced all four wheel speed sensors with aftermarket ones (possible issue is the rears they sent were the same length as the front ones, not sure if that is a problem). No change there. Could the rears not being the factory length be the issue?

I have tried to center the steering wheel as much as possible, I think it's centered, but with the AZ streets being curved it's hard to tell if it's centered since that curve pulls the tires one way or the other. Could it just be this is just off enough that it's still calling it.

I have checked all my fuses, they are good, I have pushed down on all the relays, everything seems to be fine there. Should I buy a multimeter and test each relay?

I'm really hitting my head here since I have no codes, and have checked/replaced every solution I have found across all the forums.

As far as the wobble, I can post my alignment sheet if you guys think it could help, I reached out to MetalCloak about the wobble, and they suggested a bit less toe in (I fixed that) and a little extra caster 6-6.5° which I have adjusted, I have a bounce/wobble at 70-80mph, but I don't know if it's a death wobble still or just a tire that is not balanced properly and due to the size I'm getting that crazy bounce. I did the chalk test and have my tires properly inflated as well.

Do you guys think I should take the tires back and have the balance checked, or go to another shop that maybe specializes in oversized tires and have them balance them?

I'm so confused that there are lights on, but no codes of any kind, I'm going crazy here lol, can any one point me in the right direction here, or something I may not have done or missed. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me.

Load test your batteries, separately if you have the aux battery. Low battery voltage can cause this condition.

I replaced the main battery less about two weeks ago, and they tested the aux as well, they said it was fine. The lights were on at that time as well, that was before I replaced the speed sensors. Do you think the aux could have gone bad right as I replaced the sensors, thus keeping the lights on?

That right there is your mistake and likely cause of your issue.

Both batteries need to be replaced at the same time. A bad main will kill the aux and vice versa.

Replace the aux or consider bypassing it and never worry about it again. Since you already replaced the main, I suggest bypassing.

You can leave the disconnected/bypassed aux battery in place without issue.

Thank you for the guide help, I'm going to do this and see if it works when I go in to work tonight, God I hope it's just that stupid aux battery lol.

So I cleared the codes with my tazer jl and drove to work, they came back on immediately, so this was not the solution sadly.

I have had this issue on my 2020 Diesel since it was new. It’s intermittent and seems to happen randomly when hitting bumps at speed off road for me (pothole or such). It’s never happened in town and dealer cannot replicate. They have tried swapping sensors around but no effect. I do not have my aux battery connected and am running a year old or so Odyssey as my main battery. It’s super annoying!

I've seen a few posts about it being intermittent, that has to be frustrating, mine is constant and has lasted a couple weeks now, will not go off, and I can't use things like 4wd or cruise. I see so many posts of guys going to the dealership and then not being able to diagnose or fix it either, it's got me really worried now.

I’ve heard some suggest the star connector behind the glovebox could be the culprit and at least one person says it was the rear axle. I would think hard failed should not be that difficult to find with the proper tools.

I'd think it'd just be the sway bar light flashing if the sensor in the rear axle was faulty.

Are you speaking about the connector that goes into the rear diff? I can get a replacement for that, it shouldn't be too hard. I'll have to look into this star connector thing, thanks for the suggestions.

Autozone doesn't work on cars. Take it to a professional that can actually read the codes.

I believe in this case the entire axle assembly was replaced. I think the thought was it had something to do with the shafts.

Well everyone, I just shotgunned the fix with a bunch of parts, new rear speed sensors, and a new connector plug in the differential. That seemed to clear the major warning lights, then went for a drive and adjusted the steering finally straight enough to not anger the Jeep. So everything's fixed now, no warning lights, drives like a dream, and everything functions as it is supposed too. Thank you all for your help, the suggestions were great.

I just posted a similar thread. Same parade of warnings that I am getting now. In addition, when they all start my spedometer goes out as well. Needle drops to zero and display doesnt show a speed. So i am thinking speed sensor as well.
