Optimistic... the good thing is it appears that most of the "new" tech in the JL are items that FCA has implemented in other vehicles for the past 4 years. I'm hoping for less bugs than normal because of that. Aside from the 2.0 engine, almost everything isn't new enough to have the service techs get training. When they rolled out the 8 sped, the hybrid van, etc, the service techs had to get training months before launch. Not in this case. The wrangler is just the unlucky one to get the updates last out of all FCA vehicles.
