It sounds like the entire enterprise is currently in a shambles. They may or may not restructure.

I would look elsewhere unless you find a really good deal on it and don't care if there might be zero support if something goes wrong.

I ordered some wheels made by QT, after about 1 month of waiting I called, they said they were not expecting them in until end of June maybe July, by ordering them it did secure my wheels when they arrive, but I didn't want to wait that long I cancelled the order.
