The 2023 392 front axle has CV's and no FAD. If your Willys has the Selec-Trac xfer case and 4WD auto, it might be the same.
No, I meant the durability of it, it has the same width, M210. Otherwise I lacked the front Locker as well

My Willy’s has CVs, No FAD, but just covered with a blank plate. Aluminum knuckles unfortunately but that’s easy enough to replace.

Steel knuckles are surely my next mod

Joe, I tend to agree with you.

Except...that huge amount of poke makes it look like an old-fashioned roller skate. Maybe it looks better from a different angle. I bet if I gave you a fully optioned stock Willys and $20K+ to work with, you could come up with a tasteful, capable, aesthetically pleasing Jeep. That one is none of those.

And...for $20K you could use all best-of-breed components.
You and I, and many on this forum would. But, many people love that wide aggressive “poke” look. In the early days of this forum that look was highly desirable for some. It’s becoming a dated look, except for dedicated rock rigs.

I have a 2025 Willys in 41 with Extreme Recon Package so 4:56 gears and love it! No where near that price though.

It’s a beautiful rig! But is it 2dr! Also super jealous of your 4.56s! I’m rollin 35s with 3.45s!! Definitely saving for gears in this little sport!

That's what I like about my current rig. The EcoDiesel is basically oblivious to gearing. 35s and 3.73 work just fine.

Ecodiesel 3.73 and 38s still working fine and returning 21-25 mpg in mountain driving and wheeling. I'll regear someday. And still be well under $90k!

While I think prices on the dealer modified vehicles is crazy and I would never personally pay that, it's not surprising or unusual. There are lots of people that will buy them and not realize you could do it a lot cheaper even if you paid a shop to do it. I've always done all my own work and pretty frugal in regards to finding the best prices or sales, so to me personally the prices are way high. But also just dealt with a person that wanted a small lift and bigger tires on their JL. They were "scared" to have any outside company or person do modifications to their vehicle, and wanted all "dealer provided" parts and install. Even after explaining to them that the dealership was using the exact same parts anybody can buy aftermarket, and many off-road shops have way more experience doing lifts and such than a dealer does.
Our local Jeep dealer currently has a new 2024 Willy's advertised for almost $73k. The sticker shows a $20,000 option for the "GEAR Edition" package. It does have high end aluminum bumpers front and rear, Rockslide power steps, Mopar 2" lift with upgraded reservoir shocks, 35" Mickey Thompsons on 20" rims, leather seat covers, and of course a real gawdy graphics package. So at least it's not all cheapo Amazon parts. Looking up prices online it would cost $13,000+. I'm guessing a 4wd shop would charge at least $4k-$5k, maybe more, to install all of that? If you had the money to blow and wanted a mall cruiser Jeep I can see somebody doing it. Add in the fact you just add it to your monthly payment versus having write out a $15k+ check. And simply the convenience of having everything already picked out and done.
Don't get me wrong.....I think the price is crazy and would never even consider doing this personally...but can understand why some people would.

Car dealers have been doing this stuff for years. They take a base vehicle and add a bunch of low end parts on it. Then double the price. Back in the time of full sized vans with shag carpet and a bed, it was highway robbery.
