Just get the Warn Xenon 10s and call it a day. I’ve never needed anything more and I’d bet that my 392, with gear, is running an extra 1,000 lbs

I had a 10K from my non 392 when I traded it in. It went on my 392 with no plans to upgrade.

I've always gone with the bigger is better philosophy when it comes to winches. It doesn't hurt to have extra pulling power, especially if you are someplace where the nearest anchor is too far away to use a pully to increase pulling power. My Warn 12K worked as expected today.

Maximus 3 has the gold plates. It is a perfect match to the other gold trim on a 392. I ordered it at the same time I ordered their winch mount.

12k. & Fits just fine.

I intend to go with a Warn Zeon 10S when the time come unless there is some great deal on the 12's. If going with Warn, the 12 has 20' less and the line speed is slower. With that being said, I will go with whichever one I can find a deal when the time comes.
