Yes, I just did a little late entry research on this, I think you've got something there. For a 35" tire 59 lbs is pretty darn light. Mine are Geo's 53.4 lbs per tire vs toyo 35 ATIII @ 59lbs per tire. A difference of 28lbs using all 5 tires. You say you found wheels 10lbs lighter than factory steel wheels? I don't know exactly how much my steel factory wheel weights.

Just keep in mind that the JLU is over 5000 lbs empty and approaching a 3 ton beast all loaded up with all the added off-road accessories. So, comparing tires sizes vs capabilities from a TJ isn't going to yield the same from these beasts.

I weighed on some scales with my tool bag stuffed full,shovel,axe,another bag that hangs on the bar with two machetes, and various other items, first aid kit, some tie downs, recovery strap, different wheels and Rubicon stock size tires. Quite a bit of stuff, including the wife and I.

It's a 2021 JLUW sport and it tipped the scales at 4976 LBS.

The wife and I are roughly 370LBS of that.

Goodyear Wranglers are lighter than the Toyo’s but not snow rated. Forged wheels are lighter than cast,(the 8.5’s I got are 21 lbs, there are lighter that weren’t as much to my liking)
but you pay for it, especially true fully forged, flow or spin forged are cheaper, my spoiled Jeep wants only the best. ?

I looked for weights, but most don't list the weight.
