New JL owner here. Trying to make the right decision on a tire / lift kit combo and have a fairly simple question: what're the realistic driving expectations with a 2.5" suspension lift w/ 35" MTs. Is it realistic to expect to be able to still hit 75-80 on the highway with decent mileage (will also use a flashcal)?

Awesome, what MPGs do you usually see at highway speed?

Just upgraded from a '97 TJ on 38"s w/ a 4.5" lift, was a nightmare on the highway as you could imagine. Love the look, hate the ride. Looking for a bit of a middleground.

I have a 2018 JLU Sport S, 3.6 with 8 Speed automatic, 35x12.5 Falken Wild Peaks, 2.5" Teraflex and average 20 mpg. I flashed the computer, see 8th mostly down hill. Mine came with the Dana 44s, so thinking of re-gearing to 4.56 so I can tow and get my 8th back.

Unless someone axle swapped, no sport came with the front dana 44. If it was ordered with the rear limited slip it came with the narrow rear dana 44. There is no narrow from 44. Not saying you can't still regear, just don't order the wrong gears for the front.

Does a Gladiator Sport have a front D44 narrow?
